I had such a great experience at this office, and Trisha truly made it even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything and genuinely cared about my experience. Customer service like this is rare… I highly recommend this office, and especially Trisha!
The staff were friendly. The wait was somewhat long, even with an appointment ( got through in about 1 hour and 15 minutes). Furthermore, if you have insurance, then the 2 for 89.00 does not apply. We had chosen that location because of the advertised deal; we found out that we could not get it because it could not be combined with insurance. It was use insurance or pay cash for the deal. As usual, insurance only covered basic frame and glass. If we wanted anything extra on glasses, it was going to be an additional cost. We opted for just the basics but asked for a copy of the prescription so that we could order more pairs with extras online (at our leisure). They had an on-site optician. She was nice and handled my autistic daughter with care. Overall, the experience at this location was O.K.
Eunice was very polite and very attentive. From all others who work there she help my mother with her glasses and continues to be welcoming. The others don’t do a good job on representing the office. My mom has had real bad experiences when visiting the office and even when her glasses were hurting her. Eunice is a good human and very professional.
Shajaira is amazing! She helped my husband with his glasses from beginning to end. I highly recommend that when you come in, ask for her ! Thanks again ! Also the rest of the staff is great!
