I purchased glasses from the Zephyrhills store about three months ago paying 225.00 for the frames. Well I’d had them about two months when they broke along the top left part of the frame. Since I’d had them just a short time I called the store and was informed that they only had a 30 day warranty. Now I’m thinking to save face and for good public relations that they would have replaced them since I’d only had them two months. But they never offered any kind of resolution. (Just , sorry about your luck kind of attitude). So I repaired them with gorilla snot lol (superglue) that was two weeks ago. There’s the funny part. As I was watching the news this morning (5/20/26) tge frames broke on the right side ( they were on my face people and just broke) . So this is a WARNING! Never purchase your glasses from Optical Outlets. This was obviously a manufacturer defect yet they repeatedly said there was nothing they could do. My response was you already have. You’ve shown me it’s not about the care and replete business of your customers it’s about that one time sale. They’ll NEVER GET ANY BUSINESS FROM ME NOR MY FAMILY AGAIN. And just about everyone in my family wears glasses.
