Reception is always polite and knowledgeable. I come in once or twice a year and I like seeing the same faces greet me. Techs are great! Polite, careful, respectful and friendly. Doctors are attentive. They listen to my concerns, I trust that they have the best advice and/or solutions to any problems I’m having.
Best experience yet at Optimize. Dee started things out with a smile and very fun conversation. Next was Dr. Kim. A very nice person with obvious high skills. She made me very at ease. And then to round out the perfect experience was Beverly! A car person I could relate to and Another fun conversation. All in all I felt everybody there was happy, willing to help and very caring. See you all next year!
The young lady name star she was excellent and Dr. Kim she was awesome. I’ll come back for that diabetic exam always but as far as sales, I don’t think they’re truthful with a lot of what they say. I asked for the same lenses that I had last year and the cost was outrageous so I will not be buying lenses or frames. There were outrageous. As far as price is concerned I’m an amputee and I live on a fixed income. I can’t afford the outrageous prices so I’m gonna keep the same glasses that I have on. Yes, the crew that took care of me as far as the exam is concerned were excellent.
Tracie and Angela were awesome in helping me select a pair of glasses. Tracie even helped pick out several frames es. From being greeted when I entered and the all around service and professionalism, I'm giving the store a 5 star. Not to mention Dr Santillan was fabulous too.
This location is spot on for eye exams, and frames. Dr. Santillan is a great doctor she is the best she is thorough and she makes me feel so comfortable. I just love her! And Beverly, the person who always helps me find just the right frame. She will let me know in all honesty if it’s a good frame or bad frame, for my face shape and I love her for that. Her advice is always the best each and every time I just love my frames. Dr. Santillan and Beverly, I give them 100% thumbs up. Oh and the receptionist staff they are really great too 100% thumbs up to them too!
