I've been in healthcare for over 23 years and NEVER been treated so rudely. The doctor was very short with me & questioned ,several times, whether my insurance would even cover my exam . I have one of the best health insurance policies available and was insulted by the innuendo. A couple of months later I received a bill for over $230.00. I called the office, was told I hadn't met my deductible ( I don't have a deductible) and had to pay. I called my insurance, BC/B.S., and they had no record of any bill even being submitted by OptiMystic Eye Group. My advice...go someplace where you'll be treated with respect and common decency.
