Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

I would like to express my immense gratitude for the excellent service. E’naija is a wonderful young woman with fantastic energy and impeccable taste; she knows the inventory inside out—she even stayed 10 minutes past the end of her shift just for us .

It was a wonderful experience!!! First I saw the tech/assistant -her name slips my mind I'm so sorry! She was excellent with her knowledge!!! And sweet and kind! The Dr. ( Dr. Peachey) was someone who I would send family and friends to for their eye care!!! Very helpful in explaining each part of the eye exam, while also being so easy to talk with. I had no questions because he answered all of them without me asking. I am confident with what he diagnosed and prescribed for me. Melanie was the person who guided me in all the decisions regarding the choosing of frames, explaining the options of lenses. She said she always would tell the patient the optimal, most recommended options first but at the same time understood my choosing a lesser cost but still would explain each level of lenses so I would understand each option!!! So very helpful. She encouraged me in choosing also s pair of prescription sun glasses- at first I was not sure....but now I can see how I will love having those!! Although more than I thought I was going to spend, I realize it is a good investment in my eye care!!! I went to Lenscrafters years ago and was always so happy with service and the Dr. there (in Wheaton Dr. Dejong who is retired) I will go to lenscrafters in Fox Valley Mall again!!!! Laura T

I was very pleased with my experience at LensCrafters Fox Valley Mall. Everyone at this location was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The frame selection was good. The eye doctor was very good. And Aaron, who assisted me with the measuring, insurance, and payment, went above and beyond in his helpfulness and friendliness. I picked up my glasses in one week and I’m completely happy with the frame I chose and the lenses work perfectly. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters location.

Jennifer on their team was superb in replacing the lost screw on my Polo frame. She was very friendly and also thorough in giving me estimates for new lens options for an old frame I brought in. This was my second great visit with this location.

Two woman helped me one named E’Nyjah and I think Kirstin, but they were extremely helpful and patient. I definitely made the right choice by stopping in and talking to them about the stores’ sales and benefits. Very Thankful! Came back to the store on May 12th and I’m beyond thankful for finding this place, Aaron helped me answer some questions I had about last time I came in and he was extremely kind and helpful. I can tell that he cares about his clients. Thank you so much LensCrafters!
