James from the LensCrafters in Wausau went above and beyond to help me get contact replacements while I was vacationing near their store. Mine tore and since we live in Milwaukee I couldn’t go to my regular store. Once there, he helped make sure that I was in a comfortable area to put my contacts in and then gifted me with saline solution as well as a soft case for my glasses. He made a frustrating situation 1000% better! Excellent customer service! Thanks again James!!

James was excellent in helping me and when I went to pick out glasses the ladies were super nice knowledgeable when I picked them up , and love my glasses ! Highly recommend, will be back to get glasses when needed . Happy with the quality of the frames and lenses .

This place is top notch, Top in every category. I am indecisive, it usually takes me forever to find frames I like, I found the perfect pair in 15 minutes! They will be there for you every step of the way and try to work within you're budget and have many promotions that can get you into a pair of glasses you will love wearing!

Came in clutch when I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and damaged one of my contact lenses. My out-of-state eye doctor faxed them my prescription and they had it ready within the hour! Everybody was wonderful!

Stopped in for an eye appointment and did the virtual doctor. Was assisted by Chance Gelling, who was both exceptional at his job and friendly. Made the process easy and give me a few chuckles along the way. 30 minutes and I was out the door with my prescription. Highly recommend.
