I accidentally sat on my sunglasses, and I stopped in and saw Angie. She is called the “glasses whisperer” and I understand why. I didn’t think I was going to walk out wearing them, I just knew they would have better luck than I would. I highly recommend them! I have been getting glasses for years, but this definitely was a life saving moment! Well kind of, I mean let’s be honest, most of us are blind without our prescription!

The store manager was very friendly and helpful. We have been looking to get a pair of my husbands glasses repaired for weeks. No store was able to find a screw that would work. They took the time to work with us to get the glasses fixed. Very appreciative!

I had a wonderful experience at the Target Optical department. Kourtney provided excellent customer service and helped me with everything I needed throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Target Optical location for any of your eyewear and optical needs. The service was truly top notch!

Fantastic, ophthalmologist, and staff! I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always enjoyed working with them for my eye care! I did not have an eye doctor when I moved to Ankeny several years ago. This was a perfect match. They have been wonderful to work with and have been flexible when I have needed to get in without an appointment.
