Anadia greeted my wife and I at the Ankeny, Iowa store when we entered and then the phone rang. We told her to go ahead and answer the phone as we were not in a hurry. She was as cheerful on the phone as she was in person. Great customer service with excellent products makes America's Best a winner.

I'm on Medicare and the $ allowance isn't great, but I'm still greatful. The employees in this store are all amazing , ESPECIALLY ANADIA ! Her patience and kindness made me feel like family. "Like when I was a child and your Grandma brushed your hair". Thank you and God Bless

Super patient staff. Maggie helped me get things right, with a little adjustment to the frames, I could see better in the new progressive lenses, don’t be afraid to have them adjust, made a world of difference. . She was so sweet! Thanks Maggie, in The Ankeny Store.

So disgusted with my experience here. Went in two months ago for an exam. Was getting new glasses AND contacts for the first time. The exam itself took 5-6 minutes and felt very, very rushed. The woman who ordered my glasses took forever and kept messing things up inputting the order. Go back for my contact fitting and kept telling them something wasn’t right. They tell me it’s bc I’m not used to wearing them. Go back for my checkup, still telling them something isn’t right. They don’t fit right, one eye is fuzzy. Diff doc does another exam, this one took 10-15 minutes, and told me first doc got my original scrip wrong. Ordered new trial contacts, that took a month to come in. During that time, they gave me a different set that they said were the same as the ordered ones, just two week instead of monthly. Base was wrong on one of them, so not the same and I couldn’t wear them. New come in, feel great, I can see. They started to irritate me about 2/3 of the way through the first day. By the time I got home, one eye was bright red and painful. Infection that the doc said probably came from the contacts. So, antibiotics. Now I’m 2 weeks into waiting for yet another set of trials to come in. It’s been months now and what I am left with at present moment is no contacts and 2 pairs of glasses with the wrong script. I’m just honestly baffled. I’ve paid them, I just want my contacts scrip so I can buy elsewhere!

Come here everytime and it's always a great time. The ladies working are all helpful and funny, the eye doctor explained everything perfectly and I've never been able to see the test so clearly. Sad that rude customers treat these wonderful employees this way. As a veteran I'd expect better out of the customers. The employees know how to handle situations very well!
