It was a very pleasant experience. I walked in and they helped me right away. I gave them my prescription. They worked on it and let me know the frames I had picked out were not the best for me. They helped me find another frame that I loved (and it was $60 less than the frame I originally picked!) Then my glasses were finished in less than an hour! Highly recommended!!
I had such a good experience here. The on-site doctor was very good and easy to work with. The Vision 4 Less staff was helpful and friendly. I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me. She was very deliberate about everything she did to get my bifocals and progressive lenses correct. I had a couple issues and went back to the store, where Craig helped me. He was kind and checked everything out for me, and replaced the frames that I apparently picked broken from the display. Oops. A very good experience all around! I highly recommend them.
The staff were so helpful!! I could not decide what glasses I wanted but they were extremely patient with me and genuinely wanted to help me find the right pair. The only reason I give 4 stars is because my lenses are really weird, it’s the right prescription but the lenses themselves seem like they have something on them making them different than any lenses I’ve had before...I had my contacts in when I picked up my glasses, should’ve taken them out to try on the glasses. Learn from my mistake there!
Several years ago, I did not have a great experience. Prescription was never right. Glasses were heavy. I recently gave Vision 4 Less Ankeny another try. They told me it would take 2 weeks for my glasses to be ready. The Optometrist was amazing and my glasses were ready in 7 days. The glasses are very clear. Great Job!
Great Customer Service quick turn around and good quality frames I personally purchased Oakely frams and they are amazing I would recommend Vision 4 Less to anyone in need of glasses! Added convince you can get your exam done as well I did everything in one visit and received my glass 31 minutes after choosing my frames!
