Jeremy was really helpful! I came in with zennis and he tried to adjust them when he couldn't because of the style of frame he then helped me figure my size so that I would be able to get glasses that fit. He didn't charge me. And gave great advice! Amazing customer service! Thanks!

I highly recommend going elsewhere for your vision needs. My usually vision center was booked out for the year, so I took a chance going here since it was conveniently located, and I was able to book an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The COVID-19 frame try-on process was not explained, and the associate seemed annoyed the whole time. I luckily brought in a pair of back-up frames & just ordered the lenses. The first set of lenses were blurry on the top half, so I brought them back to find out they didn't take the proper measurements. The associate on the second visit apologized but literally had me move my eyes around while wearing them as she marked the lenses with a marker (this didn't seem like a very accurate method of taking measurements). I received the second set of lenses, and my eyes were not adjusting to them after a week. Either the prescription was not accurate (even though the doctor stated that it hardly changed from what I had before), or the lenses were not properly made AGAIN. I went in and explained the situation to the manager. She processed the refund minus the exam (which wasn't clarified until I asked why it wasn't the full amount) and didn't apologize for my loss of time, money, and energy. She stated that exam wasn't refundable because it's a service (even if another eye doctor elsewhere finds that my prescription to be different than the one this place gave me). I've been wearing glasses for over 15 years and never had this many problems with vision services. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at this location.
The last time I went here I told them my insurance was different and they said okay and they would run the new one. I got an exam and ordered contacts and they said my insurance covered both. For a couple of weeks they called me several times with several mistakes about my order. They either couldn't find it or they acted like they were never ordered. Fast forward a few months and everyone there including the doctor are calling me telling me my insurance didn't go through because they ran the wrong one and now they want $300. I told them they could fix it and until then, stop calling. It all sounded fishy. The last call was the day after my mom died and I communicated that and they never called again.
Lenny at the Neenah location is absolutely fantastic. We switched to purchasing from this location after out insurance changed, since the prices are so reasonable. We'll be continuing to go there for glasses from here on out just for his top notch service.
Everytime I stop here they are closed during business hours. Says its open till 7pm? I'm in at 3:30. CLOSED. I'm so frustrated with this place.
