Been going here for several years and really like Dr Jessica, but the service is this location is awful. Placed an order over 4 weeks ago and hadn't heard anything. Called and left voicemail. No return call. (That's the second time this happened.) Call again and again and no answer. Emailed from website and got a call my order "will be in office tomorrow. " Drive 25 minutes there to pick up and no one knows where they are and can't look anything up." Oh, and when I say I call and no one returns my call they told me "they're very short staffed and doing the best they can." Update- they called me the next morning at 9:09 am (9 minutes after they open) to tell me they just got their shipment and they're ready for pickup.... hmm...

Went to look at frames for my husband and walked in without being greeted at all. No one asked if we needed help, or what we were in for. The lady at the front was incredibly rude to the customer she was with. Several people walked in after us and were also not greeted or approached. Unfortunate, hoping it was just an off day. 👎

Exam was very thorough. After the exam, I was given ample time to pick out the frame I was happy with. Then, Navchetan patiently discussed all the options with me for the best deal.

Great service. Alisha was so helpful in solving my problem and in helping me choose new frames and lens options. I was very pleased with everything!

Doctors are good, customer service is slow and not very informative. Was much better in the past not sure what happened.
