Very unhappy with our family's experience overall. The eye exam did not feel professional at all and my husband and I were both left in the room for an extended period of time without a team member escorting us out like they're supposed to. I ended up leaving the room on my own. Then when it came time to get our frames we were told our insurance covered up to $300 each so we could pick any frames, according to the employee there. My husband, my son and myself picked our frames ( which do not have prices on them) and the lady there went over adding any extras to the lenses. My husband's total came out to $165 and we were told it's because he opted for the extra test and because he got progressive lenses. When we got home I noticed on the paperwork the frames were $365. At no point did she tell us those frames were not completely covered by our insurance. Online the same frames are $135 if you pay out of pocket, so they ripped off our insurance and still charged us extra. We received our frames 2 weeks later and my husband's were cracked where the screw goes in. The staff ended up putting his lenses into the store frames that everyone tries on. So we ended up paying for used frames. Definitely a terrible experience, and we won't be back.

Great experience! My aunt accidentally broke my glasses the day before we were leaving for vacation, so I needed to get them fixed or replaced as soon as possible. At first, I thought I was out of luck because they didn’t have the frames I needed, and after my eye exam they also didn’t have trial contacts available while I waited for my order to come in. I was feeling pretty discouraged, but Leticia went above and beyond to help. She didn’t give up and kept looking for a solution until she found a pair of frames that fit my existing lenses. Her patience, determination, and excellent customer service completely turned the situation around. I’m so grateful for all of her help and highly recommend Stanton Optical, especially Leticia, for truly caring about their customers!

Lety was amazing!! She was so kind, patient & knowledgeable about everything! The whole office was so well run from being greeted by friendly staff & eyeglass fitting person! Stanton will be our Opticians from now on!

Horrible experience, I waited more than two hours. They kept saying that the doctor was reviewing my prescription, but that should not take more than two hours. So disappointing. Because I had heard great things from this place. I do not recommend.
