Optometrist Next To Target Optical

This was our first visit to the Optical Department in Target Goodyear West. They were very busy, but we were helped right away. The assistants who measure your eyes, take pictures, etc., were very attentive and friendly. A busy young man, Mobin, an Opticians assistant, helped us get seated, and helped me navigate around chairs with my walker. He was so professional ! Hal Frankel O. D., was friendly but also very professional, as he explained what he saw on the photos of my eyes. Fascinating! After Dr. Frankel, I was able to peruse their many eyeglasses. Though the store was even busier now, Alexis, assistant Optician, made herself available to help with a selection. She was thorough, very helpful, with a sense of humor, the best. Calmness, and kindness permeates this office. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased these stylish Vogue glasses for readers and they are so beautiful! Alexis was a big help in getting me 50% off of a second pair. Gotta love a rep that helps you to get more for your dollar.

The Optical Department was well stocked with glasses choices and optical personnel. We were taken care of by Erica! Highly recommend her as she was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and did not make us feel like she was under pressure to move on or get to the next customer. Basically no wait time and Target carries my favorite frames, Oakley! Sales staff was awesome! Manager however was horrible! Came in had to listen to her complain for 20 mins to a target employee about how little space their office had then had to listen to her chew out one of her own employees for another 10mins over how to offer more appointment times. Poor girl was crying & wiping her tears. All of this in the lobby with customers present and staring. Very unprofessional all the way around.

I visited June 13 seeking a repair for my glasses and I was greeted by Makayla. She looked over my frames and identified the nose pad was missing. Makayla informed me that she could fix them and proceeded to install new pads. In less than 10 mins, she had the new ones on and adjusted my frames to fit my face correctly. Afterwards, she cleaned my glasses and made sure that I was squared away. Your assistance and service was greatly appreciated and you provided exceptional customer service. Makayla is certainly an asset to your optical team. Thank you very much!
