Ryan handled the selecting/ordering of my glasses with existing outside Rx. He was helpful & offered valid options about choices. He is exactly what a person in this role should set out to exemplify. His product knowledge - able to rattle off the manufacturer, the build and build quality etc. only adds to his ability. Ryan at Target Optical in Alaneda should be the “go-to” with his white glove customer care. I had two insurances / he patiently verified both and suggested which one is more beneficial. So you can see well rounded-ness and his breadth of product knowledge coupled with patience and just down to earth genuine nuce really set the tone for my encounter. Excellent service by Ryan. Bought 2 pairs of glasses and needed to change the prescription a few months later and he ordered new lenses for me without charging me extra. Ryan also helped me adjust my older pairs of glasses to ensure they fit correctly. Highly recommend.

Andy helped me with a complicated return. I payed cash and lost my receipt but they were able to find the business copy and set everything up for me. They also walked me through all the lens options when choosing my glasses. Very friendly, would recommend :)
