Optometrist Next To Target Optical

We went to Target Optical in Visalia and received the same great service that we had the first time we went last year. (I am surprised that I didn't write a review back then!) On the first visit, we bought glasses for my son. Marimar was the young woman who helped us both times. She is friendly and professional at the same time. She is calm and helpful. She did a great job of helping fix a twisted frame. We even decided to buy another pair of eyeglasses since we appreciated the service at this particular optical. !

I feel like people sleep on target optical, im always in target with my wife and walk right by it. The customer service was great Norma was extremely helpful and informative. They did not take my VSP insurance, but helped me figure out the out of provider benefits and took care of me. I purchased the meta Ai glasses and her info helped me make the decision. Thank you target optical, ill definently shop here again and recommend my employees here.

Rachel in the Visalia Target on Mooney is great! She has assisted me on 2 different occasions and each time she went above and beyond. She informed me of things I never knew about ordering glasses and I have wore them about 20 years. She is very thorough and explains well.

The staff, Lucina and Rachel were excellent at assisting my mother figure out what glasses would work best for her needs. This was our first experience with Target Optical and we will definitely return based on the high level of customer service and value for this essential need of sight. The prescription was dropped off on Monday and was ready by Friday. We are well pleased with our experience. Thank you. Consider this when it's time for their employee evaluation.
