I had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Chan is incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to address all of my concerns with great detail. The optician and tech staff are equally amazing—very nice and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-tier eye care!

Dr Chan was awesome when I had my eye exam! Quick yet thorough! Explained everything regarding the tests he was conducting. The options for frames were wife and found a perfect frame at a great price! Would definitely recommend!
I'm sharing this review after an extremely frustrating experience that was a complete waste of my time. The front desk staff were unprofessional, rude, and entirely unhelpful from the moment I arrived. They did not respect my appointment time at all, and when I asked about the delay, they took no responsibility and responded with an attitude instead of an apology. What made this worse was the dismissive behavior--rather than acknowledging the delay or offering any solution, they were outright rude about it. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a place that requires appointments and expects patients to be on time. Overall, this visit was disorganized, disrespectful, and incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise new customers to think carefully before choosing this place for their optical services.
Target Optical on Rosemead Blvd. is exceptional. Dr. Chan was professional and took the time to explain all of the exam results. The front desk is helpful and friendly.
