Target optical department at this location is so great. Dr. Tyler Nguyen & his assistant are both really nice and great at what they do. Marcela was so helpful at picking out my frames and she helped explain to me parts of my insurance that I didn't understand. She's wonderful! Oh and they're fast paced, they move quickly!
Excellent experience 👏 Morgan was attentive and helpful. She explained our benefits very well and never lost focus on all 6 of us. She is very nice and she made our visit comfortable.
Target Optical on Garland Rd provided the best experience while getting needed glasses to improve my vision. I was nervous and they walked me through the process and was patient as I tried to make decisions about frames and lenses. Marcela was the best; she is very helpful and professional. I returned later to make some changes with my lenses and again the team at this location was excellent. When it time to retest my vision, this is the location I will choose.
I trusted the good reviews and was sorely disappointed. I booked an exam with Dr. Nguyen and got a call asking if I can arrive early, I agreed. I have never seen an optometrist this rushed and uninterested, it was a little rude. Quite literally a 3 min exam in the room and maybe 7 minutes in there in total. If the doctor has to run to something more important just cancel. Although it was quick I do not trust the exam and got another one elsewhere.
Marcela was so friendly and helpful. She made the entire process feel quick and easy. Great service for sure.
