What a horrible experience with this provider. I wont be returning and have sent a complaint in. Dr. Kim Nguyen stated they do not accept Davis Vision.

Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic doctor. She is caring , professional, and takes the time to do a proper evaluation and answer your questions regarding eye care. I would certainly recommend her to family and friends.

The optometric service was terrible. I took my daughter for an eye exam, and it was a complete disaster. Although the staff member was polite, the exam itself was poorly done. My daughter couldn’t even recognize the letters on the wall, yet we were still given a prescription with a weaker strength than she actually needs. On top of that, her eyes were not dilated because they wanted me to pay extra for retinal photography

One hundred percent excellent! The office is easily accessible to the right of target’s entrance, and beautifully decorated with impressive artistic photographs by the Dr. Kim herself, which I thought was pretty neat. The visit was efficiently conducted, starting with the patient coordinator at the front desk. She was courteous and helpful. Doctor Nguyen was kind, perceptive, compassionate, and I felt like she really listened. She offered suggestions for better contacts than the ones I was using and it really made a huge difference for me. I’m very happy to have found this great doctor, and don’t see myself going anywhere else for my eye exams from now on.
