The Walmart Vision Center in La Quinta has been nothing short of amazing. I have a prescription with prism lenses that could probably confuse NASA, and normally it takes me several trips (and a lot of frustration) before I can finally see straight. Here, Keila (the Manager), Renee, and Selena have been patient saints. They knew exactly what I was going through and stuck with me until everything was adjusted just right. They also honor their guarantee without question—I’ve had to change my glasses twice, and instead of making me feel like a difficult customer, they treated it as just part of the process. Honestly, I think they deserve medals for their patience. And the kicker? My last pair of glasses at LensCrafters in 2023 set me back over $800—for ONE pair. At Walmart Vision Center, I walked out with TWO pairs for about 20% less than that single pair. My wallet can see better now too! I absolutely love this place—great people, great prices, and they make sure you walk out seeing the world the way you should.

My name is Michele and I got my glasses here and aired. Eduardo is the one that helped me and he picked the first pair he picked out was perfect and all the people that were here are so friendly and asked me if I need anything and you were very nice so that’s what I think about you guys.

I recently visited Walmart Vision & Glasses to get my Glasses repaired. One of the screws had fallen out, and I was hoping for a quick fix. That's when I met Selina, a gracious and kind-hearted employee. Selina went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she repair my glasses promptly, but she also took the time to clean them thoroughly. When I asked her how much I owed her, she simply replied, "Nothing! I'm here to help you." Her selflessness and exceptional service left a lasting impression on me. Selina truly embodies the spirit of customer care. Walmart Vision & Glasses is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate team member. Thank you, Selina, for being a lifesaver when it came to my glasses. Your kindness made my day. Renee at the La Quinta Walmart Vision Center was so helpful, kind, caring during the selection process. She was patient with me and helped choose my new glasses that I am very happy with. She made the whole process very enjoyable. When my friends ask about my new glasses I will definitely refer them to Renee at Walmart Vision Center.
