The Walmart Vision Center in La Quinta has been nothing short of amazing. I have a prescription with prism lenses that could probably confuse NASA, and normally it takes me several trips (and a lot of frustration) before I can finally see straight. Here, Keila (the Manager), Renee, and Selena have been patient saints. They knew exactly what I was going through and stuck with me until everything was adjusted just right. They also honor their guarantee without question—I’ve had to change my glasses twice, and instead of making me feel like a difficult customer, they treated it as just part of the process. Honestly, I think they deserve medals for their patience. And the kicker? My last pair of glasses at LensCrafters in 2023 set me back over $800—for ONE pair. At Walmart Vision Center, I walked out with TWO pairs for about 20% less than that single pair. My wallet can see better now too! I absolutely love this place—great people, great prices, and they make sure you walk out seeing the world the way you should.

That's when I met Selina, a gracious and kind-hearted employee. Selina went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did she repair my glasses promptly, but she also took the time to clean them thoroughly. When I asked her how much I owed her, she simply replied, "Nothing! I'm here to help you." Renee at the La Quinta Walmart Vision Center was so helpful, kind, caring during the selection process. She was patient with me and helped choose my new glasses that I am very happy with.
