This review is based solely on a recent experience over the phone, but I can't say enough wonderful things about Roberta at Old Town Optix. While visiting La Quinta for my daughter's cheer camp, I had an unexpected eye emergency and lost a contact lens. Since I was from out of town, I found myself in a difficult position and wasn't sure where to turn. Although Old Town Optix wasn't able to provide the specific lens I needed, Roberta treated my situation as though it were happening to her. She genuinely cared and went above and beyond by personally calling two other local eye care offices that weren't affiliated with their practice, simply because she wanted to help. Thanks to her persistence, she connected me with an office that was able to get me taken care of the very same day!!! Exceptional customer service isn't just about what a business can do for you—it's about caring enough to help even when there's nothing to gain. Roberta embodies that perfectly. I also drove by the office afterward, and it appears to be a beautiful boutique practice that reflects the same level of professionalism and care Roberta demonstrated over the phone. Thank you, Roberta, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I won't forget it.
