I want to take a moment to recognize Esperanza and Janet at the Walmart Vision Center because they truly deserve it. From start to finish, they made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. They were extremely polite, professional, fast, and efficient, while also being very welcoming and patient throughout the whole process. They helped me with the transaction, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly without rushing or cutting corners. It’s rare these days to come across employees who are not only great at their jobs but who also genuinely care about the customer experience, and Esperanza and Janet absolutely do. They are the main reason I chose to come back to Walmart Vision Center this year, and I’m really glad I did. They are easily some of the best people I’ve interacted with at a vision center in years. Walmart is lucky to have them. I truly wish them nothing but the best, and I hope their hard work and kindness continue to be recognized. Highly recommend this location because of them alone!!
