Their IT contract prevents them from doing basic Internet troubleshooting, such as power cycling, when their Internet is out. Waste of time.
We've been to this Urgent Care several times. I think they are medically understaffed. We got there just after 12, sat in a full waiting room for an hour and a half BEFORE they called anyone back for seeing a an NP. The Care has always been good but to wait, while you're sick for hours is hard. They do take Medicare and if you go more mid afternoon the wait isn't as bad. They need another doctor or NP.
Doctors at this facility provide high quality care and I appreciate having this available.
I have been here twice or three times. I have allergy and sinus issues, so they sent me around back to wait. The wait in all cases was very long. The first time, a very rude doctor told me he doesn't think I have asthma. I told my Pulmonologist at Optum in Covina and had him do some more testing, and I told him what this doctor said. Guess what? Test came back that I have asthma. The other time(s) that I went, except for the wait I received very good service. I love Optum in Covina, but I moved to Beaumont and it's a 55 mile drive. Now that Beaver was bought out by Optum, I hope and pray they have better service, and become a full-fledged medical facility.
