Love the doctor she’s great!!! But the old female receptionist seems a bit narcissistic and has no bedside manner or compassion for the patients, I forgot my wallet so I was late. I understand that’s my fault but the way she approached me about it was very rude and dismissive. And irritable. I feel like if you were at a doctors office you should have some type of bedside manner and respect for your patience. I have anxiety disorder and she trigger me into a panic attack…. it sucks because I love the doctor, but I don’t wanna be around her receptionist you could easily say I’m so sorry man but there’s nothing we can do to see you today, but I understand the situation but can I reschedule but instead she argued back-and-forth about how she’s right and I’m wrong because she told me 1130 on the phone but she said it was 1120 so she was just arguing and wasting time instead of just helping me as a patient.
