I really like how friendly the associates are here. The young lady took the time to fix the arm of my glasses free of charge. She was respectful and did not hesitate to repair the item I had bought there last summer. The glasses are perfect now that she located the correct screw for them. Thank you! They are like new now. She also cleaned, adjusted, and made sure they fit well.
I had a wonderful experience bringing my mom in to get her glasses. Claudia A was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made the entire process easy and comfortable, took the time to make sure my mom was taken care of, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. It’s always appreciated when someone can be both professional and personable, and Claudia definitely made a positive impression on both of us. My mom left very happy with her experience, and I truly appreciate the care and attention Claudia provided. Highly recommend, and thank you again, Claudia!
Regina and Carlos were heaven sent! We came in right before closing because my daughter broke her frames. Her lenses are unique so it was hard to find a frame. When I tell you they hustled and found some beautiful frames and the price was EXCELLENT!! I don’t do reviews but they deserve this review baby!!! This was the most amazing experience ever. Customer service was TOP FREAKIN TIER!!! 1st time customer and we will definitely be back. God bless Regina and Carlos, I mean that whole heartedly.
Very, very bad experience here. They told me my glasses would be done in 7-10 days. But AFTER my order was placed they then told me it would take significantly longer than that. The takeaway here is, do not trust the estimates they give. I'm headed out of state and can no longer pick up my glasses. Which is why I asked about how long it would take 4 or 5 times. If you had told me it would take that long I would have have just went to a place with a faster turnaround time. Now I'll be in another state and unable to see. It's wild to me that they would be this unreliable with the thing I need to be able to use my eyes. Thank you America's Best. Let's hope I don't crash my car because your unreliableness deprived me of proper vision. You can't be inconsistent with people's eyes. Please don't go here.
Nicole is the best! She is so helpful and so knowledgeable. She was super quick with getting my bf and I out of the door with new prescription frames all set and ready to go! Ask for her when you come in
