Focus Vision Clinic Optometry

Shelly has been an immense assistance with getting me and my children checked in. She was also well mannered and polite in doing so. Really wasn’t any help that I arrived late to my appointment. But still worked me in and assisted me with exceptional service so far. Haven’t gotten seen yet so once that occurs I’ll have to update my review to 5 star. That’s if they are able to help resolve our issues we are facing with our vision. But so far they’re doing great.

I had a great experience at this optometrist’s office. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made the entire process smooth and were patient in answering my questions. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The office was clean, organized, and I never felt rushed. The only downside was that the selection of eyeglass frames was a bit limited. I was hoping for more styles and brands to choose from. Overall, the excellent care and outstanding customer service made for a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I have had a very disappointing experience. Communication from the employees has been extremely poor, and when I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told they were “on lunch” and never received a follow-up call. If you are willing to do the work yourself and constantly follow up, you may have a better experience. However, if you are expecting the employees to handle their responsibilities properly and provide good customer service, I would not recommend it. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the level of communication and accountability is lacking. I now am stuck with a box of very expensive contacts that are not correct. Do not waste your money or time at this place.

Shelly at the front desk is amazing!! I love how she presents herself, always so beautiful and hair done gorgeously every time I might add!! Go girl!! She and the other staff are always so cheerful, fun, lively, and very helpful. I really appreciate being straight forward and being honest/transparent during interactions it helps give me an informed perspective and decision making. Thank you Shelly for guiding me to who can help me and showing a lot of love and support. Truly appreciate you helping me today and being so supportive every time I come to the office.
