Excellent customer service experience. Three very pleasant and helpful young ladies. Got in and out on Saturday which is very convenient.

When I first came here, I had a great experience and the staff was friendly. However, on my recent visit, things felt very different and uncomfortable. The exam felt overly focused on upselling. I was repeatedly offered vitamins, a heated eye mask, and an additional buy procedure, which made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. At the end of my visit, I was told I could not receive my contact lens prescription unless I purchased contacts directly from them. The front desk initially began including my prescription but was stopped and told not to release it unless I made a purchase. From my understanding, patients are entitled to their contact lens prescription regardless of where they choose to buy their lenses. I had previously purchased contacts here before. This experience felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won’t be returning

I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE LET ALONE TAKE YOUR CHILD! MOVE ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM A TRY AND BRING MY KIDS HERE ! THE DR GAVE MY SON AND DAUGHTER THE WRONG AND HIGHEST PRESCRIPTION HE HAD! TOOK THEM BACK TO THEY ORIGINAL DR JUST TO FIND OUT BOTH PRESCRIPTIONS ARE TOO HIGH!! DISGUSTING ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY HERE!!!
