I don't know how there are this many good reviews. The front office staff, however, is super kind...I'll give her that. But, Dr. Scott needs to learn some "client service" manners. This was my first visit - so NO, I do not want my eyes dilated before I even meet you. Don't be offended. I felt like as soon as the conversation outside of my patient door was had (yes, I could hear her and her tone about it) about me not wanting to be dilated, the appointment went downhill from there. She was very quick to try to explain everything and get out of there, for a more than $100 appointment cost (with insurance). She used "big words" that I never heard of (I've had glasses since elementary school, people) and acted bothered when I asked her to explain. She basically laughed off optomap testing from other doctors (yes I know it's not as accurate as dilation) and rushed through the whole appointment. For someone with a lot of questions in this stage of life (no I'm not OLD), I was disappointed in her demeanor (barely any personality other than bothered) and I would not trust her with any eye surgery for that matter. Maybe as young as she is she will learn the hard way. The office staff, the office, and the decor/Bob Ross tv playing is nice, otherwise. If they get a different doctor I will be back, but honestly for such a rushed, cold appointment I would look elsewhere.

I recently had my first visit at Dr. Scott's office. From the moment I arrived the attention the staff gave me was very welcoming and professional. The assistant was so thorough and gentle. Dr. Scott was so nice and very tentative to my individual needs.

Dr. Scott and the whole staff always make my visit easy and organized. I had discomfort for years with the contacts I was wearing. I mentioned the discomfort my first visit with Dr. Scott and she recommended a different type of contact that would better fit the curvature of my eye. It has made a huge difference and haven’t had discomfort since.

Not only was the office clean and the staff kind and attentive, but Dr. Scott thoroughly examined the health of my eyes in a friendly and informative way -- walking me through each step of the process to ensure I understood. Due to her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism, I would highly recommend anyone looking for an ophthalmologist to consider going to Dr. Scott's practice.

I have been a patient here for several years and really like Dr. Scott. I have been treated for glaucoma, cataracts, and other vision issues and love how they keep in contact to make sure you are doing well.
