Dr Krogolets was professional, patient, and very thorough during my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The staff was friendly and I never felt rushed. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and would highly recommend Dr. Krogolets to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the receptionist. Had an appointment, it was the only time I had for the week to come, said so while booking. Show up, they don’t have me in the system. I’m obviously scrambling to find a time asap on my calendar that works, she’s just standing there, no apology, nothing. Stank face. Customer service is what makes people come back, and the rest of the practice is amazing. If this was my business, I wouldn’t have the customers’ first contact be… that.

I’ve been going to the 2nd Ave location for years and came to this location for the first time. Gorgeous space and convenient location by the 6. Dr Shiyan is the best around and her staff is always lovely and personable. I actually look forward to my eye appointments!

I had a great first experience here! The doctor was welcoming and friendly, and I love the eyeglass selection. I got recommended contacts for the first time. A member of the office sat with me and made sure I understood how to place them in my eyes properly. Would definitely recommend !

I have had high myopia with astigmatism for many years and have visited many optometrists. Dr.Krugolets (Dr. K) is hands down the best that I have ever visited for a my eye-checkups. She is thorough, has a great manner, and is committed to ensuring her patients have the best experience. I have always walked out of her office with the correct prescription (despite my high power and cylinder requirement on my lenses). I would highly recommend Dr. K.
