The service here is exemplary. everyone in the office is very pleasant. I feel comfortable here that my eyes are being taken care of. and they don't mind listening to you just a little bit about your life and day.

Doctor was absolutely amazing. The two ladies at the front desk their attitudes and their willingness to help was unacceptable. Very rude!!! Edward and the young lady that assist you with your glasses amazing. I was so frustrated with the two young ladies attitudes, I decided to come back to purchase my glasses another day. I was so upset by the way they were treating all of the patients…. Unacceptable behavior by both

My eyeglasses shopping experience was wonderful! Edward was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to make sure I selected the right pair and offered great advice throughout the process. I truly appreciate his patience and expertise. I will definitely recommend Edward to anyone looking for assistance!

I would give 0 starts if I could. I have been going to Master Eye for years, with never any issues. 2 month ago - my daughter had an appointment. We were there almost 1 1/2 hours before we were seen. I didn't make a big deal about it - things happen. My appointment was scheduled for today. There is construction everywhere. I arrived 10 minutes late and was informed I would have to reschedule. The dr had already left - even though the hours indicate they were still open 45 more minutes. They have lost a customer

Although the receptionist isn’t friendly, the Dr is very kind and patient and always give the best eye glass prescription, however she charges $145 for trial contacts which is ridiculous. Mow I have to go somewhere else for contacts.
