I had an excellent experience at ParkRidge Vision Specialists. Dr. Michelle Sancho was absolutely wonderful — she was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye exam. Dan was also amazing! He helped me choose the right frames with such patience and care, and made sure I was completely happy with my choice. The entire team made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their great service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and eyewear

Avoid this place at all cost. The doctors here are unskilled- and they pay zero respect to patients' time. I made an appointment a month ahead of time and gave them my previous record. They waited until the last day before my appointment to tell me that the doctor is not comfortable to take me for any kind of treatment. I have never heard any other doctor saying that through out my life. A doctor is not comfortable finding a patient glasses just because her prescription is high. And she could have just spent 30 secs glance at my previous record and tell me that she needs me to go, rather than letting me wait for a whole month to tell me that she doesn't know how to do her job. This is so unprofessional and unskilled. Don't waste your time with them.
Dr. Marlatt and his TEAM are exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. The experience is informative, patient focused, and collaborative. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Marlatt, Tyler and Dan during my recent visit and was guided through my experience with the utmost care and professionalism. As my appointment ended, and I transitioned into selecting a new frame and my new look, Dan was there with knowledge and unbridled service experience to provide me with industry knowledge and advice to help make a well-informed decision. I’m excited to see what my new look has in store for me personally, and I’m truly grateful for my memorable experience at ParkRidge Vision Specialists!
I saw Dr. Jeff for the first time today and I was so impressed with the level of care I received. The front office was well prepared for my visit and super helpful. Dr. Marlatt saw me on time and was so helpful and thorough. He is a good listener, but a straight shooter as well. It was so refreshing to not be sold on his plan, but to have collaborated on what is best for me. So glad I found him. Tyler was also great with handling my medical records request with patience and kindness.
Doctor was very kind and gave me knowledge and understanding of my eye sight status. The office was very kind and the staff helped me order my glasses with complete understanding and professionalism.
