Dr. Wong is very nice! He explains a lot of details about the eye exam, respects his patients, and is very thorough in his examination. When I left, I received different prescriptions for glasses, contact lenses, and colored contacts, along with trial samples of new contact lenses! He truly makes you feel at ease as an eye doctor. In addition, booking an appointment is very convenient, and the lady at the front desk is extremely helpful. Lots of parking slots!

Horrible people. I was at their store on New Year's Eve. Because I just got my new prescription. They're telephone hours said they were open until 6 PM website said the same thing, but they closed early so I left a message and ask them if they could still give me my glasses under the 2025 pricing and they absolutely refused. They said their new years eve hours were posted on the door. A lot of good that does you when you've been calling and checking the internet and every indication Is they are open till 6 pm. You have to wait until you get there to see that they closed early and now you've lost an entire year of eyeglass benefits. They were horribly rude on the phone too. When they finally called back on January 5, 2026. They've always had very high prices and not very attractive frames. So this is the icing on the cake of why you should never go there. I only go there because it's in my insurance network. Please excuse dictation errors.

Dr. Wong and Desarae are always awesome. Dez has helped me twice with selecting frames that my insurance covered and guided me to a couple pairs I was happy with. Not just settled for. Dr. Wong both times I've seen him, he's taken my concern's, addressed them, and took the time to fill me in on the stuff going on with my vision that I didn't know about. I didn't feel rushed ever and felt well taken care of. Great folks, great service, and great care. Highly recommended.

Dr. Wong is fantastic. He pays great attention to detail and makes sure you understand what’s happening throughout the entire check-up.

Dr. Wong is absolutely amazing. Totally goes out of his way for customer service. My lenses were not to my satisfaction and he sent them back for renewal at no cost. If you're looking for a pair of glasses or contact lenses, Parkside optometrist is where to go... Thank you Doctor Wong Nick
