My family has been seeing him for many years. Not anymore, apparently walk ins now take priority since Alma retired (or maybe it's always been that way). I arrived about 5 mins before my appointment but a guy who was waiting before me was taken 1st instead. He was a walk in. We always get our glasses in TN since there's no tax on glasses so it makes sense to cut out the middle man. Shame on you, you knew what was happening and didn't say a thing, you just retreated to your office to hide.

Had an amazing experience with people who actually know what they are doing. Dr Shafer and his staff are the best in Hopkinsville, hands down!

Definitely recommend quick to get a appointment scheduled. I scheduled it less than a week before. I put the wrong time in my calendar and showed up a hour earlier than my scheduled appt . They got me in early and I was finished before my actual appointment time.
