Had a quick appt for my daughter today and the staff were friendly and patient. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Mackenzie for helping a Mama out with her babies. She deserves EVERYTHING possible! Will be coming back for my own vision needs ♡
Every single human being, was kind, courteous, accommodating, truthful and above all else the reason I go here is "trust." I can trust them. The respect I have for this place and each hard working professional human being there, I can not put into words. Angels with out wings. Their worth can not be measured. Simply put. To this very day I have sent nearly over 500 people to them. Not one complaint. Not one. I have no affiliation with them, was never asked to do so. Thats just how much I trust their care. Thats how much I do care. That simple.
Showed up for an appointment this morning to be told my insurance doesn’t cover contact lens exam or contacts and only cover $80 towards frames and if I wanted the contacts exam it’s $60, Which is completely different than what I was told my insurance representative told me. This place should have called me rather than tell me after I drove almost 30 minutes to get there. Especially the fact I put on my appointment that it’s for CONTACTS AND GLASSES EXAM If they would’ve called me I could’ve called my insurance again during the week when they were opened. This is completely unprofessional. I know people say know your benefits before you go, that’s exactly why I called my insurance BEFORE making an appointment
Very good visit to VisionWorks. All associates and the Doctor were very pleasant and helpful. I never felt rushed. And the frame selection! My gosh! There are so much to choose from! Looking forward to picking up my new prescription.
Clean orderly office. Staff is great! Friendly and helpful. Dr was extremely informative and patient with my questions. Tech was Friendly and personable. Overall a good visit!
