I’ve been seeing Dr. Cho for several years with my family, which makes this especially disappointing to write. Over time, my mom began experiencing symptoms like dizziness and difficulty focusing her vision. Initially, it seemed minor, but it progressively worsened. At every visit, she made a point to bring this up, yet her concerns were consistently dismissed. She was told it was “normal” due to switching between reading glasses and regular vision. However, the symptoms continued to escalate. What started as mild discomfort turned into something much more serious—she is now unable to drive, struggles to function in bright sunlight, and experiences severe headaches and dizziness because her eyes cannot properly focus. We ultimately sought out a specialist, where she underwent a comprehensive exam (including dilation) and was diagnosed with a specific eye condition that required further testing, including an MRI. I understand that Dr. Cho is not a specialist. That’s not the issue. The issue is that repeated concerns were not taken seriously, nor was there any effort to refer her to a specialist or investigate further as her condition worsened. That’s the purpose of routine checkups—to catch problems early, to listen to patients, and to guide them appropriately when something isn’t right. Just because something appears normal externally does not mean the patient isn’t experiencing real and worsening symptoms. Unfortunately, this experience has been deeply disappointing. I no longer feel confident in the level of care provided here, and we will not be returning. I would recommend others to consider providers who take patient concerns more seriously.

Outstanding and friendly service. Made an appointment for an eye exam for contacts and glasses. Friendly and efficient and that's why I've been going here for years!
I was really happy to see Dr. Cho at Novaeyes, he was so nice and the eye exam went very well for me. Thank you, Dr. Cho 😊 and staff!!
I have been going to Novaeyes for years! Dr. Cho is a great doctor. He is a good listener and answered every question that I had. In the past I was having difficulty using my contacts and reading a computer screen. He helped make an adjustment that that solved my problem. I highly recommend this business!!!
I really enjoy working with Dr. Cho, he always special orders me a good amount of contact samples. That is very helpful considering my prescription is very high. Dr. Cho is very patient, courteous and polite. I would recommend him to anyone.
