The staff service was great and the doctor beautiful person and she explain me everything. She took care about me , loved it. 😍

I had a great experience at Costco Optometry today thanks to Cindy! She helped me pick out my new glasses and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to help me find frames that actually looked good and fit comfortably. She was professional, knowledgeable, and provided amazing customer service. Costco made a great choice bringing her onto the team!

Initially when I went in to schedule an appointment the front desk guy was rude and made me feel like I was bothering him when asking about the cost of an eye exam. He was more focused on the computer than acknowledging me. And aside from that the optometry department also needs to improve on their customer service they were in a circle talking to each other and we were standing there waiting to be assisted. We have never been there so we weren’t aware we had to scan the QR code to wait in line. I’ve been a member for Costco for over 9 years and have never been treated like this. The dark skin Hispanic lady in the optometry department had terrible customer service but the light skinned lady was nicer. And when I went in for my actual appointment the staff was nicer. I did mention this to the front desk girl and thanked her for being kind. I’m not too sure if I want to use Costco for my eye appointments anymore I usually go to signal hill and expected the same treatment at this location

Optometrist was quick and to the point perfect for someone like me that is always in a hurry. Very little wait time. When it came to ordering glasses and contacts u just use the QR code provided at the desk and they assign you a number. That is as also quick. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Patel is both knowledgeable and professional. She's a good listener and explains things very well. EXCELLENT Optometrist! Highly recommend! Staff is friendly and caring.
