Pearle Vision

We had such a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision Sonora. Just before we were going to head out of town, I noticed that the earpiece cover on one of my sun glass temples had fallen off and was missing. We popped in to the store just 15 minutes before they were going to be closing. The young ladies were so nice and managed to find a replacement part for me! They were wonderful. Thank you so much!

I needed to update my eyeglass prescription in a hurry after losing my primary glasses. They were able to get me in immediately and I got a complete exam quickly and painlessly! The folks in the shop were friendly, helpful and very professional. I will go back for my future eyecare needs!

Dr Yousif was amazing! Made me feel super comfortable and explained things to me very clearly. I had been going to a fancy North Scottsdale eye doctor for almost 10 years, and decided to try something new. For 2 years I asked about contacts at my previous eye doctor and always received confusing, complicated answers. Dr. Yousif was the one who asked me why I don't wear contacts and very clearly explained the process, the limitations, and the cost - less than an hour later I walked out of there wearing my new Contacts!!! I am so so happy!! They work amazing and I love then so much! Thank you Dr. Yousif! You have literally changed my life!!!

I called in for help for my daughter since we forgot her contacts and were trying to find a solution to get some for her. The gentlemen who was helping us on the phone was very unpleasant. He immediately said they don't have them in stock and would have to order, he was inpattoe t as i tried to find prescription in email and under his breath was saying oh my god to the point I said obviously you don't want to help. I then reached out to the Pearle Vision on Scottsdale Road and they were incredibly kind and helped us immediately let and provided us multiple options.

We have been coming to Pearle Vision for many, many years. This was probably the most disappointing visit we've ever had. The gentleman helping us was not sure of himself, has a hard time explaining clearly to my husband about the frames. He wanted what the process was as well as the special deal they were running for a second pair of glasses. We were told multiple times because we asked for clarification multiple times, that the first pair would go through insurance as usual, and the second pair we would only pay for the frames and the lenses would be free. The gentleman was writing everything down on a Post-It note so we did not even get the receipt until after we left via email. Upon looking at my daughter's receipt, we realize that we did not get the second pair of lenses at no charge. I just went into the store, and I am now being told that because she had single vision that there was only a percentage off the lenses and the frames for the second pair. The staff took no responsibility in what they presented to us. Our trust level with this location at Sonora Village is very low at this point.
