Didn’t appreciate having to pay more than what my insurance covered for the exam due to having images taken of my eyes. If something is not a normal covered step, I feel that should be explained and permission asked (not just written in fine print on an intake form)
Pearle Vision has a pleasant atmosphere with friendly people. I didn't feel rushed during the exam. The optometrist asked questions about my eyes, and took her time with me during the actual eye examination..
OMG! We have been so used to going to the chain stores in the area and getting so-so care. I wanted to try something different for my 13 year old. I can’t tell you enough about the treatment/care she received from Dr. Slotemaker and the staff. They were all so personable. We appreciated it so much, we are going there ourselves!
Its was my first time at this office and the staff greeted me with open arms. I have never been so welcomed to purchase eyeglasses and the Dr answer all my questions and concerns.
Unreliable hours. The front door says they're open until 5PM but I have gone there multiple times between 9AM & 5PM but they're never opened. Also when I went in for my first appointment I told them about my vision issues & they treated me like I was lying.
