All About Eyes

What a great experience I had at this location, I have purchase my glass with All about eye , and unfortunately , my glasses have broke being designer frames , I was in oh , no moment and what's worried about having to pay full price Because it was my fault, but without hesitation , I came to the location and met the assistant manager Angel and let me tell you she was heaven sent.She pulled up my name.Use the insurance I had on my glasses which resulted me paying a low low fee without stress She got me in and out and all the worry I felt before entering the establishment was gone. With designer frames being so expensive?All about eyes, make sure you get your money's worth.Thank you. And shout out Tim he was also there making sure I was confident that it was going to be ok.

I recently got my eyes checked and received new glasses. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Dr. Jasmine is so knowledgeable. I gave 4 stars because I had to get my eyes dilated for the 1st time and I was told that I was ok to drive as long as I had sunglasses. I asked more than once just to verify. Driving home was so uncomfortable. All I could see was blur and stars. I should not have been told that it was okay to drive.

They charged me of a retinal screening for my son’s exam. I was not aware of ahead of time. They said I consented when they texted me-the text they send dos not require a reply and it does not state “retinal screening” in the text. They stated it was mandatory-it is not. I encourage anyone this happened to to report them to the Illinois attorney general and file a complaint. I’m sure it’s done to many people.

Dr. Jalota was personable and did a good job of explaining my results. They have a new machine which views your retina without having to have your eyes dilated, which was very nice. Timothy was helpful and on a return visit Arianna did an excellent job of helping decide what options I wanted with my new glasses. And I have up to 90 days to return my new glasses if they aren’t working out for me.

I have been a customer at All About Eyes for a few years now and they are very friendly, professional,and thorough. I have never waited beyond my appointment time. I highly recommend!
