After several years of vision exams and buying eyeglasses and contacts, I want to say the staff at Pearle Vision in Lee's Summit, MO are always friendly and helpful. I want to especially recognize Heather who is patient and kind and ensures I get the best value within my vision insurance benefits.

Kudos to Linda 547647 who provided great service while working with poorly functioning air conditioning. It was pretty warm in the store but she tried to make us comfortable. We were sweaty the short time we were there. I don’t know how she endured it all day. True associate dedication!

Heather has always provided great customer service and patience. I needed to go over several options and she was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. I was able to make my best decision with all the information that she provided. Great knowledge as well.

Everyone was very nice. The little shop had three employees working, including the doctor, when I was there. They all seemed to know each other well and liked working together. It was a great experience.
