Taylor was my tech and she was AWESOME 😎! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the experience enjoyable. Dylan checked me out. He was very nice and thorough. He directed me through my frame options and answered my questions. I will definitely be coming back next year for my annual exam.

Letasha was absolutely amazing! She walked my daughter through the difficulties of picking out new glasses (she’s a teen). She even fixed the old ones we brought in. Thank you Letasha for your help!
I've tried several others in town, and this is the best place for price, service, professional treatment, and great optometrists. They really spend time with you and give you complete information about your vision condition. I made the mistake of trying Costco ..Vanover Vision...that was just horrible. The man is the worst. I'm going back to Pearle where I got the best experience.
Letasha went above and beyond for this first-time in a long time lens user! She was patient and concerned that I was receiving frames that would work best for me. I dropped by a few days after receiving my new glasses to get a slight adjustment and she showed the same great customer service. What an asset to the company!
The upstairs section (the doctor's office) neglected to tell me that I was entitled to dilation yet they didn't tell me until I got there that I needed a driver. The downstairs section (frames) Medicaid selection is small. At first I wound up having to pay $10 in taxes because of a clerk error but after leaving a bad review the manager called and was able to get me a refund after I called her back a week later. The clerk had me look at his nose and Sharpied my pupillary distance on to the lenses before sending them off, and when I asked if he would write down the pupillary distance onto my prescription (so that I might eventually purchase a pair online) he said, "We don't do that here". When I came in to pick up my lenses a week or so later and I asked the woman if SHE would write down my pupillary distance, she said it would be $10-20. The staff was friendly as can be.
