Thank you Kira!! Stanton Optical has been by far the best experience I've had buying glasses. I was looking for progressive lens frames but wanted a new style, different than the ones I've had previous. Kira helped me pick out a very comfortable and stylish frame. Throughout the process I noticed I wasn't feeling rushed or pressured in any way despite my persistent questions and indecisiveness. Kira was wonderful and helped me decide on what are now my best glasses yet. They fit great and the lens is made perfectly. Honorable mention: everyone on staff was terrific and that's what will keep me coming back!

I haven't had an eye exam in a couple years and I knew it was about that time. They were able to get me in within the hour very friendly, very professional, easy to work with. (KIRA!!!!) was absolutely fantastic! One of the nicest people I have talked to in a very long time very passionate to help others and provides the best service possible. I will 100% becoming here from now on!!

Husband went in today for exam and glasses. Was advised he needed a certain pair. Went to see his PCP directly after and he advised to cancel order due to some other health issues to make sure we have a correct eye exam. Called and the lady refused to cancel the order and give our money back $604 to be exact. We are disputing with our bank. Lady that answered the phone was rude, hateful, and unprofessional. I would suggest to NEVER use this place as they will scam you out of hard earned money and by looking at reviews, I can see why they are so bad.

Made an appointment today at 1:30 I was late apologized and asked if it was too late I would have been fine if so. She said I have an appointment at 2 and so I'll have to take her first. Sure no problem except I could go online and book it for 2? There is no Dr on site she is not an optometrist but shares her findings with the Dr offsite. They say they have same day glasses but she informed me that after 40 the Dr would automatically put you in bifocals wether you needed or wanted them. So glasses would be 15 days. I cancelled the appointment I'm not going to go to a Dr that's not the one doing the exam and determining what you need before you are even seen. Weird Let me add they do not look up your insurance benefits so make sure you call before you come

Said they took our insurance over the phone. The doctor that did our exam had an attitude with me because I couldn't read the lines well. Isn't that part of exam? After everything was settled they told us they don't take our insurance and the bill was over $1000. Do not recommend.
