Haven’t been to the eye doctor in over 9 years and after one visit with Dr Karina, she made it feel like I have been a regular patient for the last decade. She is very open, personable, and informative about my eye health and recommendations. Would recommend her to anyone that comes to Pearle Vision in Palatine.

Very rude doctor, was cutting me off, would not hear what i had to say and made me feel stupid for saying anything. Horrible over the phone service when making revision appointment. I don't know if she was mad or just having a bad day. Was dreading this appointment cause i KNEW they were gonna be rude after that phone call and was absolutely right. You could not pay me to come back here. (lady with the accent at the front desk is beyond kind and lovely tho)
I always have a great experience at my local Pearle Vision. I’ve been coming here for several years, even before the pandemic, and the service has always been excellent. Eleazar is always friendly and has the best taste when helping me choose the perfect glasses frames. Margarita is wonderful too—and sometimes you can even catch her Scottish accent! They always make me feel well taken care of.
Amazing staff, very clean and friendly store. They have a lot of styles to chose from. The owner is sooo nice and friendly. The doctor is very smart and nice. I have been going here for 10 years and tell all my friends, best spot for contacts and glasses! Thanks Maggie!
