Dr. Fessenden is Awesome! Very easy to talk to, explains everything in terms you can understand, just a super nice guy. His staff is equally awesome, Kat was great, she got me prepped for my appt and was just so sweet, explaining the whole process (it's been a minute since my last eye exam) Things have changed and they are State of the Art - no more eyes dilated, at least for a normal situation of blurred vision and needing prescription glasses. Then there's Pranav, he really knows his eyewear, and what a great guy! Answered all my questions, made great recommendations for my new eyewear and after I bought 4 pair there, I went looking elsewhere to see what else I could find (I'm kinda obsessed with matching accessories) I called Pranav and urgently requested an emailed copy of my prescription and he was on it! I had it a few minutes later. I really can't say enough great stuff about this doctor and his kind, accommodating staff. The best customer service and just genuinely good people. Thanks so much y'all 😎

There are too many workers, but all just busy chatting. The front desk messed up the schedule and made me repeat the same words multiple times unnecessarily, and there were no apologies. What a waste of time! I didn’t feel that I was heard at all time. I will not come back and, of course, I will not recommend any of my friends for this location.

Dr. Fessenden is a very capable doctor. He saved my vision by acting quickly, and diagnosing the issue correctly. Few doctors are as capable as him. And the staff are also very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Very pleasant experience....the staff genuinely cares for their customers....Bambi lynn was wonderful as well as everyone else ..... A must go to for your eyewear.. Definitely 10 stars....Dr. Drew was absolutely amazing and very thorough in his practice...this is my first visit and where i will be going from now on
