Dr. Tille is very knowledgeable, going through details of options, and answering questions with such patience and compassion. His team at the front desk are amazing and so helpful. Thank you! (I purchased both glasses and contacts.)
Everything was very good, and I felt very well taken care of. Suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, my sense of balance is fairly poor, and I have to be very careful while walking. Marley (ee?) was very patient in guiding me from room to room and helping to explain things every step of the way. Dr. Tille was also kind and patient with me, which I appreciated.
Super friendly staff from reception, to eye technician, to the doctor. They made the visit hassle free. Saw us on time and were empathetic to my husband that has severe hearing loss. They actually care! Our experience was fantastic.

The front desk receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She was very professional. My tech was also very friendly and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Tille was many years and feel at ease during my exams. My most recent exam, he noted I had a partial tear of my retina. Dr. Tille immediately reached out to his colleague and got me scheduled next business day for an appointment.
