I was very disappointed in the service. The technician that did my eye exam. I kept telling her I could not see the letters and she kept saying OK but she never fixed them so that I could see them right I just had to keep guessing so when I actually went in to see the doctor, he said all your eyes are great. You don’t need new glasses and he didn’t do any kind of exam to check to verify this and I told him that I couldn’t see the letters when she was testing me and he said oh they throw those in sometimes that’s normal. Don’t worry about that and then when I went to see the optician to select a pair of frames because I wanted new glasses she told me she was busy and that I needed to wait so I said OK but there was no one in there with her. She was sitting at the desk by herself. The doctor came out and asked why I wasn’t being helped and I told him she was busy and she immediately looked up and said well I’m not busy come on in and I told her which frames I wanted and she told me those are $1300 and I told her I can’t afford that and she said OK so I left she didn’t show me any options or choices so I left and I want to center for sight on university and they helped me and they were very kind and they showed me my different options and choices and I got the same exact glasses I wanted from your place for $820 simply because they took the time to explain choices to me rather than just quoting me the high-end price and not giving me any choices. Maybe she works on commission so she doesn’t want to sell things cheaper. I don’t know but if I come back to center first sight again, it will not be to your office. for my insurance to pay $400 and not even have the technician check my eyes was very disappointing. I expected better than what I received
