Pearle Vision

I met with Heather to select and customize two new pairs of glasses, regular bifocals and sunglass bifocals. She, and her associates, were so pleasant and comfortable to talk with. I was never rushed when picking out frames, I was truly assisted. Heather explained and showed me the way bifocals now have features I didn’t know existed, rather like various ranges of bifocal zones to use non professional terminology. It was great to have so many options.

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision Holt Rd! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office itself is incredibly clean and modern. Dr. was fantastic—so knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain every part of the exam, answered all my questions. The staff helped me pick out the perfect pair without any pressure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch, eye care!

This was my first time going to Pearl Vision. I was very satisfied with my experience at Pearl Vision in Webster. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My exam was very thorough. It was a very pleasant visit. I'll be back.

I visited Pearle Vision to get my Vision test and also change my eye glasses. I missed to get the name of the Optician that helped me in getting my eye glasses. The Staff were so kind and Generous that they did approach me and suggested few varieties of eye glasses of different brands and was impressive. The waiting time was manageable and the pricing is appropriate. Overall it is a very positive tone that we exit the location

I’ve been a regular customer at this location since I moved here from Boston in 2016. I have experienced nothing but top-notch service from the staff in its entirety. The new eye doctor (2022) is absolutely wonderful, professional and has your best interests in mind for the type of tests and lenses that you might need. The store is always clean. Equipment & diagnostic machines are brand new. You can choose from their line of frames, but I’ve always brought in my own -they never turned me away. Again, very hospitable staff and extremely knowledgeable about what the best type of lenses are right for you. Thank you.
