First time at Pearl Vision and had a great experience. The staff was so helpful and sweet especially the young lady, sorry i didn't catch her name (short hair with glasses, so kind. Love my progressive glasses. I highly recommend Pearl Vision!!!

If I could give negative stars I would so sorry for the eye doctorshe was nice and helpful however. I went in to pick out my frames and lenses from perale vision retail store and the lady was so rude and hateful that her attitude has guaranteed me never going back to this horrible place ever again. I was prescribed progressive lenses the year prior and could not see a thing with those glasses so this year I was trying to stay positive and just try to get new lenses this year, however the lady was so down right rude when answering my questions she printed out my insurance information and instead of offering to help me find what I needed she handed me my prescription and dismissed me. I will never recommend going to this place to anyone if I had the corporate number I would so be on the phone reporting this type of customer Service. Sorry dr. This attitude is making you lose customers. Its sad I wasn't the only person she has treated this way i heard how she treats customers. Never again.!!!!!

Such wonderful people at this pearl vision in rock hill. The screw on my glasses stripped and went to many other shops including Walmart and other optical places but this is the only place that had the drill to drill out the stripped screw and put a new one in under $20 bucks. Such nice people. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Dr John's and the staff in eye glass department where absolutely wonderful. I had a problem with my lenses sitting to low and the ladies spent time with me to get everything adjusted properly so they could order me new lenses. Thank you Jessica for your time and your willingness to help me see properly.

Initial I was satisfied. The office was small, staff were kind, visit simple, decent eyewear selection…then I ended up with a double eye infection after a standard annual eye exam. Also ended up paying $50 out of pocket per visit for follow ups after getting the eye infection because the doctor didn’t do medical & I didn’t receive the proper prescription. This memory came across my Snapchat today as remembrance to NEVER visit again! If you choose to visit make sure the equipment is THROUGHLY cleaned as well as any glasses you decide to try on.
