I just saw Dr Opari and she was wonderful!!! The whole office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Opari spent a long time with me, working to fully understand what I needed. She helped trouble shoot my vision concerns I'm having at work and provided several options that could help. I think we came to a great solution. Will see over the next few days how I do with sample contacts, and I trust she'll continue to work with me if they need further adjustments. Very grateful for the personalized care!

I walked into the Pearl Vision Center on San Jose in Mandarin was immediately greeted by Jenny Martinez with a friendly smile and she immediately sat me down to ask “how can I help you”. Without going into a long drawn out description, I will give the TLTR VERSION. I had a very positive r outcome with my visit because Jenny was relentless to find the root cause for my insurance issues and I walked a way with two new glasses that fits my style and needs. Great Job Jenny!

Yesterday,Rob, who works at the Mandarin Oaks Pearl Vision store here in Jacksonville, Fla kindly replaced one of my displaced sunglasses lens. He refused to accept payment for the excellent help that he provided to me. He is a skilled craftsman and an excellent representative for Pearl Vision.i will most certainly use this business for any future optical needs. Thank you again, Rob and Pearl Vision!

To be honest I only went to Pearl Vision because I am a strong believer in supporting neighborhood businesses. Well I must say I am so glad I did. This location was awesome. Dr. Sudduth is hands down the most experienced and customer oriented professional in the eye care industry. He did such a thorough job at my exam. The entire experience here was great from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Thank you Pearl Vision for such a wonderful job and great customer service .

The stem on my 3 year old Silhouette glasses broke and could not be replaced. Kensie was able to use a pair of old silhouette glasses to replace both stems. She saved me well over $400!! Her customer service and technical skills are greatly appreciated.
