This place is a scam., I got talk into Progressive lenses which didn’t work they kept telling me to try it to pass my 30 days so I can’t return. It ended up paying over $1000 for $300 glasses.. And the prescription they gave me I don’t even think it’s correct because when I try to get the same prescription other places, they can’t seem to do it. Run run far away from this place Edit 03/30/2026 This is how they gaslight you . I guess I’m not a client after I pay over 1k and today want to charge me today another 600$ Beware of this of this place. Run away as fast a far as you can .

Walked in looking for glasses for my daughter. Immediately was greeted by Maribel, she was very friendly and helpful. They seemed quite busy but had enough staff that everything ran smooth. They have a great selection of frames for kids. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Copperfield! The entire staff is courteous, professional and very helpful! Dr Ong is very knowledgeable and personable. She even helped me decide on frames when I asked her opinion I was very impressed with my entire eye exam and appointment in general I am looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

Maribel was fantastic. She stepped out from behind the counter to help me personally and made the whole process easy. I was worried about pricing, and she took the time to explain my options and even matched Walmart’s pricing for my lenses. The level of service was above what I expected for an optical shop. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely customer-focused. I’ll be coming back and asking for Maribel.

I walked in for an eye exam without an appointment and was seen the same day, minimal wait time. The optometrist, Dr Catherine was very kind and thoughtful. The were very helpful and answered all my questions.
